Administrators
Administrators are staff members of CTF that help ensure that the rules are followed, as well as keeping the forums orderly. They have the authority (and power) to carry out all moderator duties (see below), as well as additional duties, such as IP banning and creating/editing entire forums. Admins are able to provide assistance with all aspects of the site, and you may find it useful to contact one should a moderator not be able to help you with your problem. In some cases, moderators will refer you to an admin as they deem necessary.

Limited Administrators have most of the functionality of administrators, and can be contacted regarding admin-related issues should a full admin be unavailable.

Moderators
Moderators, like administrators, are staff members of CTF that help ensure that the rules are followed, as well as keeping the forums orderly. They have the authority (and power) to edit or delete any post, signature, thread, or profile fields should they be objectionable, or violate one or more rules. If you have a question about a rule, post, or need help with something on CTF, contact a moderator. Moderators are also able to provide assistance should a thread need to be moved or edited.

Limited Moderators
Limited Moderators are different than moderators in that they only moderate specific forums (not all forums, as moderators do). If you have an issue with a thread/post in a forum that has a limited mod assigned to it, you may first wish to contact them about it, before contacting a full mod. This is because they usually have more experience in the forums that they specifically moderate.

Counselors
Counselors are specially-appointed members of CTF that provide assistance in the Support forum. For access to the Support forum, please send a Private Message (PM) to a counselor. They will provide you with the password if they think you should be allowed access.
