Alright...the freedom is finally starting to kick in... I'm SERIOUSLY considering skipping history. He doesn't take role, and I don't pay attention in there anyway. His lectures make no sense. I'm pretty sure the man can't follow an outline...or even make one for that matter. Not to mention I've never taken notes in that class. I'm pretty sure if I just read the text and showed up on exam day, I'd be okay... *has a mental debate* |

Monday, Sept. 21, 2009
Today was easily the most boring day of my college career. British Literature was a joke, because it consisted of the teacher and this girl arguing about whether Catherine of Aragon (WHO'S FROM SPAIN, BY THE WAY) killed her cousin. Art Appreciation.... we discussed the color wheel, which I learned in 7th grade. I didn't bother paying attention, because, being a sophomore in college, I have more important things to worry about than WHAT COLOR COMPLEMENTS RED. Marriage and Family, took a test on "Love and Gender Identity". What a joke. English Comp 2, we read some bogus essay about how children should just play and have fun as opposed to competing. Who honestly gives a rat's? I wish I wouldn't have already skipped my computer concepts class, or else I'd just skip tonight. College has been a total waste of time for me so far. I'm ready to go off to my university and study what I actually WANT to study. Not something I've studied for 12 years ALREADY. Sorry to take all my frustrations out on you, Diary. You deserve much better..

Today, I skipped history to "do" the study guide for that very class. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned, and I haven't even started it.  ...Even though I spent two hours watching the Heroes premier (which won by the way)... Heroes > History. XD |

My Biology Test keeps getting moved, first monday, then wednesday, and now friday..... For most people this would be a good thing but for me It means I get to freak out all week and I know this stuff! I love my History professor, he is absouloutly pheonomenal. He teaches us History and how to cook fish properly! What a bargain! Crazy A&M football game (nuff said) but it was fun! And we won, thats new. I just get sick of standing for the whole entire game! (Its an Aggie thing.) Need to wear shoes that cost more than 4 bucks next time. |

I have a test today in sociology. Didn't study for it, but I've gotten perfect scores on all the quizzes so I'm not really worried.I also learned this weekend just how big of a deal college football is. O_o Especially in the SEC. There was some 'boo-ing' and yelling at the refs, and, well...let's just say all of them had police escorts when they left... and it's amazing the difference in the campus from game day until the next morning. Our campus was completely cramped with tailgaters, and RVs and such. Completely. I mean I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have been able to find a place to park my tiny little car. AND it was raining. O_O I can't even imagine game day on a perfect fall day... and then the next morning, everything was gone. No sign of the crazy drunken rednecks from the night before. None whatsoever. It is 8:30 and I am so exhausted. I got 4 hours of sleep Saturday night, and I slept from 11 pm-2 am on Sunday, then got up to write a paper. Plus I rode a bus for 8 hours yesterday and then worked for 3 hours after that. I woke up again at 2 this morning, this time not on purpose, but I went back to bed at 3. I had such a hard time waking up. Luckily, my MLA class today was canceled, so I get a really long break between Greek and Wind Ensemble. God pushed me to go to work last night...I think it was to build character. Haha, I'm glad He's given me a bit of rest in return.

So as I sit in class, there are things that pass through my mind about my professor. Like does he actually know what he is talking about and if he is going in circles. Totally got a ride to class that was within walking distance of me and my friend is making cake. Time goes by fast when you have things on your mind and when you have a broken heart. Today has just been a day filled with really hot class rooms and professors who do not know when to stop talking. Well I should get back to listening to this man talk. |

No class today, but I went in to the Spanish lab for a couple hours. Long and grueling, but I got it all done. No Russian. I also sat in on an Oceanography lecture. The class asked if they could watch Finding Nemo for class on Friday. <3 |
