What is your stand on dirty dancing.

I need to clarify one of my choices.

Dancing with same sex: As long as your not touching each other.

I see dirty dancing as having harmless fun. I never had with my bf with friends, but if the oppertunity came up I would.

And we dirty danced to ourselves before.

I'm not in favor of juking. I see it a ton at school dances, and it gets pretty...hot and heavy, if you know what I mean lol. So I voted it's just flat out wrong. It's inappropriate even if you're having fun with your same sex friends because, in essense, you're having dry sex (creepy thought, eh?)

I suppose it's alright for married couples just because that stuff is reserved for marriage.

Yeah but with my friends it wouldnt be hot and heavy it would be just a song and we are all together dancing. Not like totally dirty as in groping each other and stuff, I mean just for a second, then go do something else. Not continous.

I see it as a type of dance. If you are doing it for the sole purpose of ... then I see it as wrong. If you are just freely dancing I dont see whats wrong with it.

What is dirty dancing? I'm having flashes of the movie but somehow I doubt thats what you mean. If you mean grinding I don't really see it as wrong unless the intentions are sexual because in essence all it is is dancing up against someone. However I think it is incredibly boring as a form of dance.

I think that dirty dancing is fine between a group of girls and you're not like...being super sexual and touching each other. I mean, I can get down with a couple of my friends to some crazy music up in her apartment but we're not thinking sexually and there is nobody around to lust after us. Otherwise I think it needs to be kept in the marriage bedroom.

You know exactly what I am talking about except guys are with us. I feel you have a connection when dancing with your guy. But not in a sexual way.

I put that rather bluntly. Sorry about that. I just meant that her quote said grinding = dirty dancing, not just dancing. I don't know about anywhere else, but around here, people know good dancing when they see it. I have a big group of swing dancing friends that have a lot of fun.

I'm already always grappling other guys in Muay Thai and Wrestling... it would be completely gay if I started dirty dancing with them or anyone else fotr that matter as well

I think it really depends on the situation where the dirty dancing takes place. For example, I find it ok for a choregraphed dance routine (with some extent of course), when dancing alone with your significant other, etc. But I find it wrong to dirty dance at parties in front of everybody, just for the heck of looking hot. I think its sending the wrong message, and the person whom your dancing with doesnt influence the bad image one is showing.

I guess it kinda depends.
If you're married, I think it's perfectly okay. If you're in a relationship, I think that's okay too.
And even with your girls just having fun, that's fine too.
But like if you're just by yourself trying to attract attention by shaking your assets around, or you're grinding with some person you don't even know, that's a bit trashy.
I mean, I'm all for dancing, I love to dance, but you can dance by yourself, or with someone, without giving off the wrong impression.
