I'm interested to see what routines you guys are doing, and how the results are working for you.

Right now I'm working out twice a week as my recovery is average at best.

Day 1:

Bench Press: 2-3 sets X 6-8 reps
Incline Fly: 2 x 10-12
Military Press: 2-3 X 6-8
Skull Crushers: 2-3 X 10-12
Heavy Abs: 3 X 10

Day 2:

Pull Up: 3 sets to fail
Barbell Row: 2-3 X 8
Dumbell Curl: 1-2 X 10
Squats: 2 X 10
Deadlift: 1 X 10

Post up

5 sets of push-ups every morning... that's about it smile.gif

I increase the number of push-ups in each set every day.

That's actually a good workout bro.

When I was at Community College I was doing:

Inclined Leg Press: 2 Sets of 10 of 325 lbs.
Rowing Machine: 2 Sets of 10 of 100 lbs.
Arm Curls: 80 lbs. 2 Sets of 10
Leg Extension: 90 lbs. 3 Sets of 10
Leg Curl: 90 lbs. 3 Sets of 10
Push Ups: 15-20
Crunches: 25-50 (It varies)
Bench Press: 90 lbs. 5 sets of 10

Those were my last stats.

Did this about 3-4 days a week

EDIT:

Don't know why I just didn't post this along too.

At NNU I haven't checked out their gym facilities yet but in my dorm room I'm doing about 25 Crunches and then 15 Push Ups 5 days a week. Also I sometimes run around with a soccer ball.

Well, my workout is sissy compared to these, but I am slowly working up to doing more.
I bike at least 5 miles a day on my stationary bike
Walk/jog a mile a day on my treadmill
Do 5 minutes of crunches on a stability ball
Dance stupidly around my room
Lift some 5 pound weights for my arms

I've been doing the biking and crunches since last week of June. I've lost 30-35ish pounds smile.gif

^ Steph, that is a really good workout. The 5 pound weights are great for a girl because girls + Bulking up = yucky.gif and you wont bulk with 5 pound weights.

Yeah, my arms are weak too so 5 pounds after a while really wears on my arms lol I'm just trying to lose weight right now. I'm not really focused so much of putting on muscle as I am just getting my body into shape for once

I want muscles, will I look scary? O_O
I don't do much, I just run around 5-10kms per day (on a treadmill, of course). A couple of push ups. And same as Steph, 5kg weights for my arms.
I just started last month so I don't know if it's effective or not.
Guys, this is a huge accomplishment for me seeing as I am probably the laziest person in this thread.
