I learned about true faith today...
So I happened to see this strange sight going down the road while going home today:   When I got home I did some searching on the internet and found several articles about this guy. Here is one from a year ago that contained a video interview with him. Apparently after his wife, a Christian, died, he started reading the Bible himself. He ended up being saved, and then started attending Bible college. After that, he decided to start traveling around the country spreading the gospel in his unique fashion. He is pretty much dependent on God to provide, food, safety, etc. This just really got me to thinking...I so often feel like I'm really doing something for the Lord if I just take a few minutes to serve somebody else, something that is really only a minor inconvenience. This guy basically has given up almost all of his belongings, and is traveling the county to spread the Good News. This just really makes me think about my priorities. I just thought this was so awesome that I had to share it with you guys! |

Woah! That reminds me of what I talked about at Christian Camp this summer. My group discussed what we would be willing to give up to follow God's plan.
Seeing this now just makes my mind go "wow"! I really don't think I would be able to do that. I need to consider my priorities. Thanks for sharing!
