Men's and Women's General Forum Guidelines

1. Christian Teen Forums is a place to build up, not to tear down. Even if we are to rebuke, we are to do so in love. Discussing whether or not a thread or subject is "Christian" or attacking someone else's faith in any way, shape, or form is not appropriate.

2. Christian Teen Forums. Notice that title. As teens, although it is natural to be curious about certain subjects, keep the discussion PG - remember that this bulletin board is open to the public, including your parents.

Men's Forum Guidelines

1. In keeping with the general Men's & Women's Forum Guidelines, it is acknowledged that certain subjects - notably those revolving around relationships and the opposite gender - are fertile ground for disagreement as well for friendship and trust. Please keep in mind that even if you feel these subjects are not appropriate for Christian men to discuss, or that they are not being discussed in a manner befitting Christian men, according to the rules of Christian Teen Forums, "All debating is to be done in the debate forum" and "There will be no discrimination of different forms or doctrines of Christianity. We may not agree on everything, but we should be building one another up rather than tearing each other down." If there is a thread concerning a subject you don't agree with, or in which things are being discussed in a manner you don't agree with... don't read it or post in it.
2. Keep in mind that although only men are allowed to post in this forum, the girls are allowed to read it, and almost certainly do. Keep your discussion appropriate, and do not post anything which you would not say if you knew your sisters in Christ could hear you (i.e. no offensive or sexually/anatomically explicit discussions).
3. Girls, you have your own forum. Please let the guys have theirs. Any female posting in the Men only forum or male posting in the Women only forum will receive a warning to stop. A second offense will result in a one week suspension from Christian Teen Forums. A third offense will result in a permanent ban from CTF.
4. I am the main Men's Forum Moderator. If there is a thread you have objections to, it is my job to make sure the forum runs smoothly. PM with your concerns and the reason for them, and if action is deemed necessary, it will be taken.
