I'm always looking for new, good music to listen to. So post a band (with a song maybe?) that you don't think anyone's ever heard of. Chances are someone else will know who they are, but the majority won't... hopefully tongue.gif. I'll start:

Seymore Saves the World - Summer 2005 (the album version is better, but I couldn't find a link!)

ADHD.

I used to listen to them like all the time. I even inspired them to run a contest and give away cookies.

Jupiter One. They're really good, IMO, even though hardly anyone listens to them (that I know of).

Lux Interna, a folk band that's pretty sweet, I think they're christian cause their lyrics and some interviews point towards that but can't be positive. Anyways, good stuff.

Anna Ternheim, she's a Swedish singer but she performs in English. She writes some amazing songs. =]

I really like My Heart Still Beats for You, and What Have I Done, and Summer Rain.

http://www.myspace.com/writethisdown my favorite tune; listen to alarm the alarm! (89% of "metal/screamo" bands give me headaches. Most of them have no talent but I love this one.)

http://www.myspace.com/kelseywild Meaningless is her best song, I think :x

I absolutely love her; Coeur de Pirate - Comme des enfants

Florian (Lo-fi-fnk remix) – Kingdom

Take Care - Hooray for Earth

(LOVE LOVE! )The Saltwater Room-Owl City

Haha..sorry I got carried away. kay I’m just going to say I have a weakness for really good indie music

Check out Woven Hand... good, Christian, indie-ish music. smile.gif

(ignore the video- the Kingdom Hearts stuff has nothing to do with it... that's the only video I could find with the violin/cello parts)

I love this song... happy.gif

I used to know a lot of "unknown" bands... but the radio stations mysteriously discover them later. dry.gif I know of a lot of bands that my friends don't know exist, but that's mostly because they are musically challenged. I'm sure people here would know them though.
