well I'm more into japanese/korean music then I am for american. So I'll list my favortie bands for each.
japanese: Dir en grey. And I would recommend one of their new songs called "Dozing green" korean: Super Junior. and I would recommend "Reset" from their new album. and for a more upbeat song "Don't Don" american: I'm more into Avenged Sevenfold and Green Day. |

Jill and Kate. They are a singing/songwriting duo. Most of their music is very relaxing and acoustic. Some songs are God - inspired too.
you should really check 'em out! you can find them on myspace. And actually, they're currently Kelly Clarkson's back up singers, if that's of interest to anyone. |

Ayreon. AMAZING band.
It's this Dutch guy that travels all over Europe and gets the best vocalists to sing, and he puts together these rock operas.
