Okay, I for one am excited about windows 7. It looka like a good reason to dump XP.
Who has it, who doesn't, who wants it, who thinks it is worth having and why? |

I don;t have it , but I like vista well enough so I don;t think there's much point upgrading.
I'm not saying that it doesn't look that good though

I has it. My bf got it for free with his geeky college program and he installed it on mah laptop. Its awesome. Looks like Vista, but runs faster and takes less space. Its worth getting, I say.

I have it, it's amazing! The OS is much more aesthetic, and it runs smoother and faster. Just better all around.
And students can get it for 20-30 dollars in some cases. |

I had Windows 7 a couple months before they released it, thanks to the Release Candidate Beta Testing Program! I'll have to actually buy a copy next year though. I recommend it to all. It is very useful, very well thought out, and VERY cool. Runs like a charm too!

No No I recently got a new laptop with Vista because my XP one died. I like Vista and Im just now getting used to Vista so I see no point in getting it. |

On my last day of work this summer I got to do some product testing on it. From what I could tell, it had a very similar look to Vista, but is way faster, takes less space, and is all around better!

I've been running the RTM for two months now, and I won't go back.
Not because I particularly like the aesthetics, but because the finally unbroke compatibility with a lot of the stuff I still admin. |

The RC Beta was good. I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to buy it
As for me, I only used Windows 7 for about a week then I switched back to Vista. I really have no problems with Vista so I'll stay back here in the Stone Age. |

Yeah I don't have Vista I have and old computer with XP on it. My computer couldn't run it even if I had the money for it!
