  1. 1) Would you rather give or receive a present (be honest!!!! ) Give. It's a nice feeling to give someone a present, and I'm such a picky person that I hate it when people buy things for me 2) If you could do anything you wanted for a day what would you do? Eh, I live on a pretty small island without much to do. I'd probably just chill around the house and bake all day. 3) if you had one super power what would it be? To make time move faster... but I'd only use it once- just to get to next year! 4) what is the one thing you could NOT live with out? (possession not like God or my family etc) My pair of lucky grey socks. I owe all of my good grades to these babies! 5) What is your faveourite food? Chocolate-stuff I guess? haha. I dunno. 6) what is your favourite colour? Green maybe? Blue? Grey? Not too sure. 7) If you were stuck on a desert island and could only have one thing.. what would it be? A boat to get off 8) which of these words best describes you: funny, creative, sporty, angry, clever, serious, bossy, smelly, or pineapples?? Serious and pineapples... 9) what are you wearing right now? "Lounge-wear" 10) if you had a party which three celebrities would you invite - and why?? David Duchovny.. I'm in the middle of an X-Files phase. Tim Burton.. I'd like to pick his brain. and Sigmund Freud.. because I'm a psychology nerd. (and yes, I realise he is deceased.)
  2. Favourites: Psychology- MY FAVOURITE! I love this subject sooo much!! Finnish- Easy for me to grasp. I love this language! And culture :]] Sociology- Another really interesting course to take English- The homework is always easy, and we read pretty good books Hated: History- I'm horrible at the analysis part and I can't relate to any of the topics Maths- I'm just not a mathematical-minded person I suppose.. Italian- TOO HARD! And the other students in my class make fun of my pronunciation..
  3. I'm going for psychology as well! :] I'm also getting a Finnish minor.
  4. Still... just because you're waiting to have sex until marriage doesn't mean you shouldn't get the shot! I'm waiting till marriage as well, and I got it! To me, this is honestly a completely silly reason not to get the vaccine. HPV infections (16 and 18) cause 70% of cervical cancers and cervical cancer is the fifth leading cause of death from cancer in women world-wide, and the leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women in the majority of developing countries... I would, despite the fact that many of y'all are waiting until marriage, recommend that you reconsider getting this vaccination. Please just take the extra precaution...
  5. Seriously? How could you pass up a vaccination that could prevent cancer? I was so excited to hear that a cervical cancer vaccine was available to the public! I got the vaccines almost two years ago and I experienced no side effects.. I've seen how cervical cancer effects a family. My aunt had it and she had to have her uterus partially removed and was unable to ever have children... something she always wanted in life. Just because you arent sexually active, doesnt mean you should pass it up! Cervical cancer can also be linked to hereditary factors.. why take the risk at all? You won't lose your pure image just because you get a vaccine that can potentially prevent you from getting cancer!!!
  6. Yeah I've had it as well. It really freaks me out!!
  7. Yep! It's on my neck and it looks like a hickey... so I ALWAYS get some sort of comment on it. Sometimes I get in trouble at school because of it
  8. 5'2"! Yay for being short
  9. Waiting until university is a good idea... at least for me. I can't stand any of the guys at my high school, and none of them are Christian anyway.
  10. A gentleman but is a little bit goofy, not overly rugged, but definitely not wimpy.
  11. I know exactly how you feel. My parents are both Atheists and refuse to listen to anything I have to say about my faith. My mum at least respects that I have my own beliefs. But my father, who was raised by a very strict Roman Catholic family, turned away from all of his previous beliefs because his family pushed them on him and is basically disgusted with me. I'm at the point where I don't even feel like I have a biological father. But, remember that "though my father and mother have forsaken me, the Lord will never leave me" Psalm 27:10. I know that probably doesn't help you solve your problem.. but it's good to know you aren't alone in your troubles. Keep your faith strong. Brooke Z xxx
  12. I wish my parents weren't Atheists and we didn't fight all the time. And I wish my father wasn't going senile, had a job, and loved me my mum, and his other children
  13. I'd be happy with any amount of children! I really want to be a mum! But since I grew up as an only child, I think I'd like a larger family.... I think 4 sounds like a good number... maybe more
  14. I go to a private international school. We go from pre-k to grade 12 and have around 300 students I believe.
  15. I do this all the time! I thought I was the only one!! I also look at houses for sale, baby clothes, and schools for my future children... I think I have too much time on my hands...
