  1. Not to sound like the ultimate cheese, but the best is yet to come. Keep your chin up and look for beauty. Better yet, give some beauty. :) -- Mrs P

  2. Girl, I know you come back to stalk your old page on occasion now that your all fancy with that Western Civ stuff :)

  3. How nice to hear back from you,

an old name from the past! I hope that life is going well for you as I know that the teen years are tough. Stay still and know that you are His, sweety pie.

  4. Well hello there Jakob. Lauren tells me that you've been in the area recently. Do stop by some day will you to meet the new puppy, papa P and I.

  5. How is your spiritual journey progressing, precious one? Interceded for you at the altar of a good friend, recently turned priest of the Apostles of the Interior Life. It was his first U.S. mass after his ordination in Milan a few weeks ago. I was one of the Extraordinary Eucharistic Ministers. Hope that you've made it to reconcilation to feel the healing balm before partaking.-- Mrs P

  6. Fine job keeping up the good fight Miss Zabby. Ive been keeping you and others in my prayers please know. Could use some more for my brother Jack in a nursing home now. His purpose is to help assist my family member see their own mortality and what they are doing to prepare for it.

  7. Read your confession and said a little prayer for you at Sat mass yesterday. Keep persevering, as all things work for good for those who love Him. Really.

  8. TJ what a surprise! You are the best, you sweet man. Now tell your mom the same for me :)

  9. Your comments are always so kind. I love it as true food for the soul. Also, guess I didnt realize that you're a fellow Catholic sister. Who's your fave saint?

  10. Finish another stellar year at COncordia? My neighbor Will is home soon. I sincerely hope that God has showed you some lovely new things about life and your place in it this year :)

  11. Thanks for letting me know that you're making a difference to others and their destiny, TJ! Congtas also on being made a fancy counselor and all :) How's life? Mine is busy w the closing of another school/work year, a new puppy and some major home remodeling. Blessings dearest.

  12. The blood is poured out for the many for the forgiveness of sins. This is where redemptive suffering takes place. It is the larger of the two for it assists others in its' bounty. This is where you came to mind I suppose. Still praying.

  13. Thought of you at mass yesterday during the Eucharistic prayer I. There's a distinct diff between the words uttered by Christ in the body vs blood.

TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND EAT OF IT: FOR THIS IS MY BODY WHICH WILL BE GIVEN UP FOR YOU.

In a similar way, when supper was ended, he took this precious chalice in his holy and venerable hands, and once more giving you thanks, he said the blessing and gave the chalice to his disciples, saying:

TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND DRINK FROM IT: FOR THIS IS THE CHALICE OF MY BLOOD, THE BLOOD OF THE NEW AND ETERNAL COVENANT, WHICH WILL BE POURED OUT FOR YOU AND FOR MANY FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS. DO THIS IN MEMORY OF ME.

  14. Thx Yoda. That meant alot to me reading your comment yesterday at my parent's home. God connecting people from so far away means something dear.

  15. Did your first Lent bring up anything hidden, if I may be so bold. I am praying for you and others BTW at Adoration from 6-7am Sundays. Here kcascension.org

  16. Hello again. Prayed for you in Adoration chapel in the wee hours this am....Also, as for the Body and Blood question, I am still searching. In my mind, Christ offered His physical body as flesh to mesh with our flesh (changing us from within), while blood is a result of life or scarring. Hence, blood is where the real action takes place. Through living and sacrificing. We'll see won't we?

  17. Yes, dear Yoda. Could you pray for my family of origin? In particular my brother Jack dying of Lou Gehrig's disease confined to a wheelchair at 51 and for my aging parents caring for him? On a road trip to see them today and could use the strength from afar. Reality hurts. Thx so much

  18. It's the Triduum! I hope that this Lenten journey has been fruitful for you Elizabeth. That's been my prayer. Mine has been simple. Gentle. Embodying a new way to experience Christ's love for me. I finally allowed Him too more completely :)

  19. Hope all is going well with you. My life has been busy, but, do know that I think and pray for you dear one :)

  20. Going to Catholic mass--again? That shocked me. Very well indeed. I highly encourage you to attend an Easter Triduum service of some sort this weekend. Tis the high point of the liturgical year in many resonating ways. As for the Eucharistic event, why is it that God revealed Himself thru sharing His body AND His blood might you say?

  21. May I be so transparent to say that during my usual prayers for family, friends, CTF members at mass, your name arose in my mind during Holy Communion. It was during my swallowing of Christ's e precious blood. I take this as an invitation to prayer for you and God's will for whatever you may be under. Good day. -- Mrs P

  22. You are a good young man, Yves. You give ME faith, hope and the ability to see charity in youth :)

  23. TJ! I am so proud of you. Extending yourself personally as a volunteer apostle is most beautiful. The young people are lucky to have you. I can think of a number of great hearted and fun YM which my kids have had over the past years. They lent them an ear and a smile during a rough patch of high school when most people feel so awkward. Your biggest gift is your heart altho extend your mind as well to these thirsty kids. Too often the YM's I knew pushed the food n fun while the Living Bread of CHrist is more satisfying. You will definitely change a few people's lives in ways you may never imagine. Im sure you ask the Holy Spirit for guidance in this endeavor each meeting w them. Ill continue to pray for you, dear!-- Mrs P

  24. Thx for the hello Missy! Been busy with family life and work and puppyhood! Such things along with more diligent prayer and silence make it difficult to be here. Know youre in my thoughts and prayers often. Keep at that call to holiness. Seen the recent People magazine article about the young woman as a new sister? It was referenced by our Archbishop who's friends with the Order in St Louis I believe. Off to enjoy Sunday after a rainy weekend.

  25. CTF photog of the year again. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

(in case you ever come back dearest).
