    Love is Expressed

Love is expressed and not confessed only. You can’t just tell a person you love him/her , you have to show it as well. Back your words with sincere actions from the heart. It is wicked to tell someone ‘' I love you’’ but your actions are contrary.Love requires a sincere expression. For God so love the world that He gave his only son. God’s offering of Jesus was the expression of His love for the world.Likewise, Man’s obedience to the word of God is an expression of his love for God.(John 14:27) A person who loves God, expresses his love for God by obeying His will.. I pray, may your love for God be expressed with all your heart. Jehovah Shammah ( The Lord is there)!!!
  2. The season of singleness is notorious for being taken for granted. Whether we treat our singleness recklessly or simply despise this season of life altogether, we rarely find ourselves making peace with our single statuses. Too often, we rely on the thought of a significant other to motivate us to become our best selves. This could manifest in the most ordinary ways, like wanting to get in shape to attract a mate to, more dangerously, changing the sweet eccentricities of our character to fit into someone else’s mold of what is desirable. When we are not careful about guarding our hearts, we can actually lose our grasp on who we are at our core, which is God’s Beloved. Find out why you shouldn't trade who you are for who you want: http://www.girlandtheword.com/relationships/compromising-your-identity-for-love I hope this post will bless my readers..
  3. So you guys probably know by now I tend to be pretty altruistic, and how seeing all the violence actually upsets me and generally I want to see LOVE in the world. Hence, I decided to start a movement. And I want everyone's help. http://beautifulpurposemovement.weebly.com/is the official page. Sarah (Saved.2) is assisting me in this movement. this is from the OUR STORY page This year, already, has been terrible when it comes to violence. Many will debate how we got to this point. Was it media? The violent video games? The gun itself? No. It started with humans. All these things, possibly, are aids to the problem, but we cannot cure the problem until we cure the root cause. Hate. We are living in a world of hatred. People tend to think of themselves first and everyone second. the "my way or the high way" mentality. People turning to violence to make a point. Where does it ever end? With LOVE. We need to re-establish love all over the world. Hatred removed. Even if you dislike someone, show them RESPECT, and KINDNESS. We are to LOVE not to HATE. I've decided to start a new movement, because it takes one person sometimes to move an entire nation. I am calling it the Beautiful Purpose Movement. It doesn't discriminate. If you are Christian, you can join. If you are an atheist, you can join. If you are black, you can join. If you are gay, you can join. There is no reason these lives cannot matter. All lives matter, and this movement is meant to show that. Show it with PEACE. Our purpose will be to instill love into a society struggling with it. We will show care to all people, resist saying hurtful words to another person to their face or behind their backs. Hurtful words only make us hateful and as low as the people who cause the pain. The ideal is to show these people that they do not need to hurt anyone. We will, rather than discussing what horrendous things happen and how "awful" people are, discuss good things. We will have kind acts, and show appreciation for the people who are not seen in the paper. I'd love for people to submit things to me. This is our official pledge. "I *insert name* vow from this day forward to love with all my heart. No matter how much a person hurts me, it will not make me any bigger to hurt someone back. The only way to create peace is to bring peace. With my life, I vow to not intentionally make a person feel lesser than another. Every single human has a beautiful purpose from God. I vow to help them on their path, not take them away from it." If you do not believe in God per say, you can omit the "from God" or perhaps change it to the faith you believe. Please just remember the main purpose of the pledge is to spread LOVE and not HATE into the world. If you choose to be involved and take the pledge, thank you so much! I want you guys to possibly join the team, share with friends, even if you don't officially join I'd love for you to take the pledge in your own life and try to do the best you can. Even submit some amazing stories and people within your community to put on the pages. Thank you so much if you choose to help out. I want this movement to mean something. <3

    An Update About My Walk

Many of you have read my other posts. It has been 1 year since I last posted. It's crazy... My life has been CRAZY. I had been living in Nicaragua last time I gave an update. I was telling you all about how I was going to be transitioning back to the USA. Well here I am. I'm living down South (in a state I had never been to before I moved here.) I went through a... oh I dont know... maybe 8 month phase of... Joy. I was playing the sport I love, Softball, (and made it onto varsity my first year here) I was in a semi-relationship with a guy that I liked. For the first time in my life I wasn't worried about the physical appearances of me or others. Infact, the guy I liked was NOT "attractive" at all. To me he was, well... is... But I mostly just saw his kind and God-loving heart. And that was all that mattered. Then something happened. People say that there will be a calm after a storm... They tell me to "stick it out." For me, I see it as there is always a storm after the calm. I was feeling on top of the world. Then all of a sudden, the world came crashing on top of me. Here it is... The feelings returned. If you don't know exactly what I mean, then I encourage you to look back at my post titled "Being... Different..." or the one called "I don't know what to do" or finally the one named "My trapped journey continues." Anyways, it has to do with softball season starting up again. I feel like I don't know who I am. I have even taken those crazy quizzes online. I keep asking myself. Why me God? WHY ME? I repeat this to myself daily, God never gives me more than he knows I can handle As of this month, the month that softball has started back up, that is what gets me to sleep every night. I know it is not what God wants for me. But not doing anything about my feelings just hurts my heart. The fact that the now 2 girls I have had these feelings for are both straight, makes me wonder if that is God telling me that it is wrong. I know that is weird. It probably isn't him saying that, but it not only hurts that I know it is wrong, but it also hurts that neither one of those girls feel/felt the same about me. I don't know for sure that the girl I have the feelings for now is straight, but when I think she is flirting with me, I have to realize she is just being nice. She treats me the same way she treats any other girl. and that hurts. So yup this is my update. Please comment your thoughts. Dont worry you can be honest with me. I want the truth, that is what I am seeking for. What should I do? Does anyone know or have any suggestions? Thanks for reading once again
  6. Actually, the question is, “Am I judgmental, and does God hate me?” God doesn’t want us caught up in arguments that don’t truly exalt Him. When I would do so in the past; it’s funny, no one ever got saved or left the conversation like, “Man, Christ is awesome!” Rather it was, “This dude’s an a- hole,” and it likely drove them further away from Him. I wonder if there were many people clapping in heaven as a result. Not quite the Christ impression. When Jesus hung on the cross and people didn’t “get His point,” His response wasn’t a display of anger, insensitivity, hatred, or rage, (which is at the heart a spirit of murder); it was compassion. Luke 23:33-34 33 When they came to a place called The Skull, they nailed him to the cross. And the criminals were also crucified—one on his right and one on his left. 34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” And the soldiers gambled for his clothes by throwing dice. There was an interesting article I read today that really drives this point home. The details are graphic, so please read at your own risk. Some of you may remember this story about three men who were tortured and martyred savagely for their faith in Turkey and a widow’s response. Here’s the article: https://mattpapa.wordpress.com/2010/12/06/martyr-monday-tilman-geske-1961-2007-necati-aydin-1975-2007-and-ugur-uksel-1978-2007/ This woman was a Christian; she had the heart of God (Matthew 5:43-48). She shames me as I think of the things for which I allow myself to become hateful and resentful, even belligerent, causing more damage to relationships and separating people. God hates me if I resolve to live this way (Psalm 5:4-6; 11:5). So as I look on the recent decision to allow same-sex nation in our nation, instead of asking, entertaining, or discussing the question, “Does God hate gays?” How about if we take the position of Christ and this widow and pray for the heart of our nation, stop arguing, and simply get involved with people, introduce them to Christ, and then let Him do the work. 2 Timothy 2:23-26 23 Again I say, don’t get involved in foolish, ignorant arguments that only start fights. 24 A servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, be able to teach, and be patient with difficult people. 25 Gently instruct those who oppose the truth. Perhaps God will change those people’s hearts, and they will learn the truth. 26 Then they will come to their senses and escape from the devil’s trap. For they have been held captive by him to do whatever he wants. This article is not an indictment against standing up for truth; rather, it is a measuring stick by which we can judge our actions to see if we’re doing things God’s way or exalting our own opinions to the detriment of saving souls. Let’s preserve our witness. #LovePeople #Pray #GetInvolved #GodRocks Always love, Mr. MJ
  7. It’s a Matter of Faith… Consider: 1 light year is 5.88 trillion miles long=5,880,000,000,000 miles=distance light travels in one year This is the size of the ruler we must use to measure God’s universe. Isaiah 40:25-26 NIV “To whom will you compare me? Or who is my equal?” says the Holy One. Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing. We think Adam naming all the animals was something! He was just acting out of his God-nature. What could we create with our words? We are formed by God in His likeness. What are we missing? Hebrews 11:1-3 NIV 11 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for. 3 By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. John 20:29 NIV Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." 1 Peter 1:8 Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy… Belief is so important! Many of us believe, and yet, we can’t see Him. Why do we have trouble doing this with the promises of God? We believe in Jesus. His death, burial, and resurrection is the evidence and substance of our hope. We did not see it, but we believe it and because of that we receive our salvation: through faith. We receive salvation: through faith. We receive God’s righteousness: through faith. We receive God’s promises… Romans 4:13 NLT Clearly, God's promise to give the whole earth to Abraham and his descendants was based not on his obedience to God's law, but on a right relationship with God that comes by faith. Romans 1:17 AMP 17 For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed in a way that awakens more faith]. As it is written and forever remains written, “The just and upright shall live by faith.” …through faith. As children of God, we have to quit looking at our circumstances for evidence of what we hope for, and put our confidence in God, His truthfulness, and His Word. He cannot lie, and He cannot fail. Hebrews 6:13-20 NIV 13 For example, there was God’s promise to Abraham. Since there was no one greater to swear by, God took an oath in his own name, saying: 14 “I will certainly bless you, and I will multiply your descendants beyond number.” 15 Then Abraham waited patiently, and he received what God had promised. 16 Now when people take an oath, they call on someone greater than themselves to hold them to it. And without any question that oath is binding. 17 God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. 18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. 19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. 20 Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek. God has set the example that we have to declare the promises of God (Romans 10:10), which are “Yes, and Amen” in Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20), with our mouths to see in the physical world that for which we hope. That is so awesome! Do we believe that? How much would our lives improve if we stopped doing the opposite: focusing on what we don’t have or the negative things we see? This is so backwards, and I am guilty! We believe the promises of God in our hearts, we say them, God acts—not always in our timing or even in this life do we always see their fulfillment (Hebrews 11:13-16). However, God never fails or disappoints us, ever. Don’t give up on your hope (Hebrews 10:35). Sometimes it’s a process. Sometimes we don’t see the manifestation until after we die, but how much better could we bear today’s trouble if we knew that for eternity (compare that to today’s lifespan), we’d be with Him lacking nothing (Revelation 21:3-5). This lifespan is much too tiny to live for; live for eternity. Don’t get me wrong; God wants us blessed in our current lives. It gives Him glory and is a tangible thing people can see to know we are His (Matthew 5:14-16; John 15:7-8): that starts with love (1 Corinthians 13; John 13:34-35). There’s no more valuable material on earth because it is the essence of God. We will sell or do anything for the hope of it. We cherish it once we have and understand it. We are instantly crushed when the anticipation, hope, or reality of it leaves. When we look for love, we are actually looking for God. We have to quit seeking things or expecting human beings to give us what only God can give: perfect love. At best, we can simply reflect it, and that comes through daily fellowship with God in prayer (Philippians 3:7-14). We must read His Word (2 Corinthians 3:18). 40-year minister, Ivan Tait says we are only as close to God as our ability to love those who wound us (Luke 23:34). Bible knowledge alone does not create selfless love; intimacy with God and obedience do. We are best defined as Christians by what we do to satisfy the needs of those who hate, abuse, murder, threaten, falsely accuse, betray, and misuse us (Matthew 5:43-48). It is the power of God. Are we like the Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37), King Saul (1 Samuel 18:6-9), and/or the unforgiving servant (Matthew 18:21-35)? 1 John 4:7 NASB Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 1 John 4:16 NASB And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. Look up the scriptures I noted. Take your time and really think about their application—ask three questions: “What did I learn?” which is knowledge, “What does it accomplish?” which demonstrates understanding, and “What can I do now?” which shows application. Biblegateway.com or BibleHub.com are great resources to look up Scripture. Find which versions work for you! I love you guys. It is my passion that we see God for who He really is: AWESOME There’s no one like Him, and the best thing is, He loves both you and me (big smile). There’s no greater joy than being with Him. Hallelujah! Psalm 16:11 NLT (One of my favorite scriptures!) You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever. Always love, Mr. MJ

    What is love ?

People living in this world, everyone needs love, everyone wants to get love, but what is true love, Is that just simply like somebody, or giving? Of course it is not so simple. True love does exist in the world. In God, the definition of Love is very different from man's. We may think that family love is a kind of true love. However have you think of a question? How about if your beloved ones who actually don't have any love to you? Are you willing to continue to give your love without any regrets? How about if your beloved ones actually hates you very much? Do you really love someone who is hostile to you? As for a selfish man, it is impossible for one to keep waiting for a rewardless love forever. From many news report in different nations, there are so many domestic tragedies caused from money problems. Besides, there are so many lies behind most of harmony families. Many people admit that keeping their betrayals as a secret from their important persons is the best way to maintain their normal relationship. And they even consider it as a white lies. That's why most of people don't prefer to know the truth, because they are afraid that it will let them down after knowing more and more. That's why people always enjoy living in lies. In contrary, “His transcendence lies in how He can perceive what humans cannot. His greatness lies in how He is the One who saves mankind, who rejects Him.” from “The Sighing of the Almighty” in The Word Appears in the Flesh God has waited for man's return for thousands of years. So I can tell the answer is, only God's love for mankind is true and pure without any mixtures. According to the definition of Love in God: “Refrain: ‘Love’ means a pure and unblemished affection, to love with the heart, and to feel with the heart, and to care with the heart; in “love” there is no condition, no barrier, and no distance; in ‘love’ there is no suspicion, and in ‘love’ there is no cheat, no dealing, and no cunning; in ‘love’ there is no choice and in ‘love’ there is not any mixture. If you have such love, you will not cheat, will not complain, will not betray, will not disobey, will not demand, and will not seek to receive anything or care how much you receive. If you have love, you will be willing to consecrate.” Source form: 89 Pure and Unblemished Love in Follow the Lamb and Sing New Songs “In this world, among the people, matters, and things you can feel, only God’s selflessnessis trueand is realand practical, because only God’s love for you is unconditional and unblemished, and except for God’s selflessness, the so-called selflessness of anyone is hypocritical and superficial, and it is not genuine but with purposes, intents, and dealings and cannot stand the test, and it can even be said to be dirty and base.” Source from: A Continuation of The Word Appears in the Flesh - God’s Work, God’s Disposition, and God Godself (1) Here I share a poetry about God‘ love , I have repeatedly been moved by this song, I hope it can also touch your heart. https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=492&v=PRPAxNUMZuw Now,do you know what is love?
  10. Everyone has home , home is not only a place where we live, but also a place where we enjoy the love. However,do you know why people need home? Everyone has a reason why you come to this world, plays a role with a mission in his life time. There is a saying, "Life is stage, some acting, someone watching". You are somebody definitely. As the word"Home", in spiritual eyes, just a small (or big)group people come together support each other for the time being, the relationship with flesh only. Sounds like this a kind of cold hearted, but it's the truth. The words below explain the origin of home, and what role it plays in our life . “God created this world and brought man, a living being unto which He bestowed life, into it. In turn, man came to have parents and kin and was no longer alone. Ever since man first laid eyes on this material world, he was destined to exist within the ordination of God. It is the breath of life from God that supports each living being throughout his ‘growth into adulthood.’ During this process, none believes that he lives and ‘grows up’ under the care of God. Rather, man holds that he grows up under the love and care of his parents, and that his ‘growth’ is governed by the instinct of life. This is because man knows not who bestowed ‘life’ or from whence it came, much less how the instinct of life creates miracles.” quote from “God Is the Source of Man’s Life” in The Word Appears in the Flesh Home is not the beginning or the end of our life, God is the source of our life ! By following video you will understand. God Is the Source of Man’s Life https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1St5HTtAPY

    The Way Home

The Way Home I was born in the countryside. My father was ill since my birth. Nevertheless, he played together with me every day. Carrying me on his shoulders, he climbed up the hill and told me stories. In a word, I had a carefree childhood. When I was seven years old, my father passed away with endless indebtedness for my younger brother and me, with concerns for my mother, and with attachment for the world. On that day, I was at school, missing the last chance to see him. After I went back home, I saw a noisy crowd and heard my mom’s helpless cry. I just stood there and suddenly felt very lonely and unassisted. Even though I was so young, I knew that my fate would be different from then on. It seemed that my memory was frozen at that moment when I realized that I had become a fatherless child. My father’s death greatly increased our economic burden. With all our savings spent on his illness, my mother was forced to work around the clock. In order to ease her burden, I, being naughty, became well-behaved. I learnt to help her do all sorts of housework and took care of my younger brother. Since then, because of our family’s misfortune, my carefree childhood ended. In the meantime, I witnessed the selfishness and indifference among men. Other children in our village bullied my younger brother and me, saying that we were fatherless children. My uncles and aunts always found fault with my mother, and they even intended to forcibly occupy the only heritage left by my father, a three-room house which we lived in. Other relatives also cold-shouldered us, fearing that we would borrow money from them. In time of crisis, they not only didn’t give us a hand, but instead exposed their greedy nature, trying to drive us away. Despite my tender years, I could feel the worldly evil and interpersonal ruthlessness from my mother’s helpless and tired eyes. During that period, in addition to helping my mother with the housework, I did nothing but to study hard. I made up my mind to enter a good university through efforts and take my mother and younger brother away from the heartbreaking place. Therefore, I was very hardworking and always came out on top. I entered the best junior school and high school in our place. When I saw my mother’s contented smile, I felt very happy and became more hardworking, for I wanted to change my fate with my own efforts. However, things went crisscross. Two months before the college entrance examination, I was sleepless and had nightmares every night because of overdue stress. Sometimes, I couldn’t fall asleep anymore after waking up from nightmares. I had no choice but to stare at the ceiling and wait for dawn. Even though I did all I could, my ability fell short of my wishes. The examination results came out, and I failed to enter my dream university. At that moment, I was utterly disheartened and again fell into loneliness and helplessness, feeling the emptiness and meaninglessness of life. Suddenly, I couldn’t find my direction of life and lost my motivation because of my shattered dream. It seemed that I returned to the moment when I was seven years old, like an orphan who had wandered for years and couldn’t find the way home…. When I felt perplexed at the first crossroad of my life, Almighty God’s end-time work came upon my mother. I felt so curious and puzzled when I found a sunny smile on her face, which I hadn’t seen for a long time. My sadness and helplessness laid in both my shattered dream and my indebtedness to her years of sacrifice and expectation. However, she didn’t feel disappointed for my failure in entering the ideal university. Instead, she comforted me in earnest, “My daughter, it doesn’t matter that you failed to enter the university. I used to work hard for money. It’s true that I expected you to enter the university and stand out from others. Because of that, I supported you for education despite great hardship. Through readingGod’s word, I finally understood that man’s destiny is in the Creator’s hand rather than in his own hand. Thus, no matter how hard one tries, it is all in vain. Only if we rely on God can we see His proper arrangement for our destiny.” Then she read a passage of Almighty God’s word to me, “All men’s destinies are in God’s hand. You cannot control yourself. Even if man is always running about and busy for himself, he cannot control himself. If you could touch your future and control your destiny, would you be called a created being? Anyway, whatever work God does is for mankind, just as the heavens and the earth and all things created by God are for serving man. He created the moon, the sun, and the stars for man, created animals and plants for man, made spring, summer, autumn, and winter for man, and so on. He did all these for man’s existence. So, no matter how He chastises and judges man, it is for saving man. Even if He deprives man of his fleshly hope, it is still for purifying man. And purifying man is for man’s existence. All men’s destinations are in the hand of the Creator. How could men control themselves?” (from The Word Appears in the Flesh) Then she started to fellowship with me about God’s will, “Today God came to the world to save men. He wants to seek those who have been severely afflicted by Satan and suffered many hardship in the world but can truly seek and believe in Him. God’s heart is grieved because He has worked among men for many years but few know that. God feels sad for the innocent ones who live in the darkness and misery. He hopes that we can all come before Him and accept the salvation and blessing from Him.” Then she asked me to read more of Almighty God’s words, “The Almighty has mercy on these people who suffer deeply. At the same time, He is fed up with these people without any consciousness, because He has to wait too long for the answer from humans. He desires to seek your heart and your spirit. He wants to bring you food and water and to awaken you, so you are no longer thirsty, no longer hungry. When you are weary and when you begin to feel the desolation of this world, don’t be perplexed, don’t cry. Almighty God, the Watcher, will embrace your arrival any time. He is there by your side, waiting for you to turn back. He is waiting for the day your memory suddenly recovers: becoming conscious of the fact that you came from God, somehow and somewhere once lost, falling unconscious on the roadside, and then, unknowingly having a ‘father.’ You further realize that the Almighty has been there awaiting your return all along. He longs bitterly, waiting for a response without an answer. His wait is priceless and is for the heart and the spirit of humans. Perhaps this wait is indefinite, and perhaps this wait is at its end. But you should know exactly where your heart and soul are now.” (from The Word Appears in the Flesh) While reading these words which I had never heard before, I felt that every single word was so sincere and moving, as if a mother was softly calling her children who had wandered away for several years. Although I hadn’t known or understood Him, I could feel His concern and admonishment for human beings between the lines. Little by little, my heart was moved and warmed. I could see light and hope and had the feeling of being cared and comprehended. My gloomy heart suddenly became enlightened. At that moment, I finally had the direction and motivation to move forward. In these words, I found my way home. After that, I read more words of Almighty God. Especially every time I read that God was incarnated and endured great humiliation to save us who had been deeply afflicted by Satan, I was greatly moved. Almighty God says, “All those who have read the Bible know that when the Lord Jesus was born, there happened many things. The biggest among them was that He was hunted by the king of devils and even all children under the age of two in the whole city were killed. It can be seen that what a great risk God took when He was incarnated and came among men, that what a great price God paid in order to accomplish His management of saving mankind, and that what a great expectation God had for His being incarnated to work among men. When God’s flesh was adequate to undertake the work among men, how did God’s heart feel? Man should know something about it, right? At least, God’s heart was happy, because His new work could be carried out among men. When the Lord Jesus was baptized and formally began to do His work and perform His ministry, God’s heart was extremely happy, because after having waited and prepared for so many years, God finally could put on a normal human flesh and begin to do His new work in the image of a man who had blood and flesh and who could be seen and touched by man. He finally could speak with man face to face and have a heart-to-heart talk with man face to face in the capacity of a man, and He finally could be face to face with man in human language and in a human way, could supply man or guide and help man in human language, could eat at the same table and live in the same space with man, and also could look at mankind, look at things, and look at everything in a human way and even with human eyes. These, to God, meant that His work in the flesh had succeeded in the first battle, or it could be said to have been crowned with success. That was certainly the happiest thing to God. From that moment, God felt for the first time a kind of comfort for His working among men. All this happened so practically and so naturally, and the comfort God felt was so real. This is because to mankind, whenever God accomplishes a stage of new work and whenever God feels gratified, it is the time mankind can come nearer to God and is also the time man comes closer to being saved; to God, it is the time His new work can be carried out and His management plan progresses forward, much more the time His will can come closer to complete accomplishment. It is fortunate and great to mankind that such an opportunity comes to them. To all those waiting for God’s salvation, it is extremely good news.” (from A Continuation of The Word Appears in The Flesh) Through these words, I knew that the work done by God in His flesh every time was the need of us corrupt mankind. In this age, there is no understanding, love, consideration, or forbearance between people. Everyone is selfish and lives for money, fame, position, and enjoyment. To achieve their own aim, they intrigue against one another, fight overtly and covertly, suspect each other, and even lose their humanity and morality. In such an acquisitive world, the innocent mankind are crying and moaning in misery. Only the Creator observes all of these, and He cannot bear that we live in corruption and are trampled by Satan. Therefore, He is eager to save mankind from the abyss of misery, so that they can live in light, live in the pleasant destination prepared by God for mankind in the beginning. God comes in the flesh again to express His word. It contains God’s great love and salvation for mankind. God’s heart is delighted when He saves mankind personally. We are so lucky and happy to accept His salvation. So far, I have been following Almighty God for eight years. I often read God’s word together with other brothers and sisters. Time and again, my heart is moved and warmed by His word. I feel the love which can never be found in this world. Finally, I find my true home where I will never feel lonely or unassisted. If you, just like me, have been hurt by this world, unable to feel the warmth of the world or find the direction of going forward, reduced to despair and helplessness, please read the word of Almighty God. You will find the way you should walk. My friends, no matter how far you go away, please don’t forget to come home.

    God is so good

Things haven't been the easiest lately and I found myself struggling to focus on the fact that God does have a plan for me and even though some tough stuff has happened I am realizing that it's all apart of his plan for me. I've been completely covered in an ocean of faith lately and I love it. I smile so much whenever I hear a Christian song on the radio or when I'm singing in church and I can feel him taking away my burdens. It's so amazing. I just want to shout and celebrate that I have found happiness and strength through him. I was so lost and I felt that I had nothing else to lose so I threw myself into his word and his promise and it turned my life around. I don't have people I can physically celebrate my love for Jesus with so I hope all of you can join me when I say god is good!

    My God-given Dad

Hi, I'm new on here and just thought it would be nice if one or two (or more) of you could help me pray for my Dad. He is suffering from malignant melanoma (skin cancer) and it came at him all of a sudden and over the last few months I have watched him wither away. I'd really love it if you help me pray for God's direction in this situation. He had a black mass taken out of his foot a few years ago but the doctor who removed it denied to mention that it was cancerous so my Dad has been living by the Grace of God for the last couple of years until fairly recently when he fell very sick. I don't come from a well to do family (at the moment I'm not in school cause I can't afford school fees for my siblings and I) so yeah it's tough and I'd love it if someone kind just helped me pray for him. "Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you" says the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future""

    Samuel Larsen

I am a HUGE FAN of Samuel Larsen! anyone else into him or want to get into him? I have every link you will ever need!
  16. Hello, My name is Tessa, and I have a really good friend who (for the sake of her anonymity) I'll refer to as Jane. Me and her are really good friends. We are both Christian but different denominations. We met 3ish years ago and have been BFFs ever since. My relationship with her is like that of two sisters, and that will never change. Yesterday "Jane" told me that we needed to talk. She said she wanted to tell me something. She was worried and said that the only other person who knew was her boyfriend. I was a little nervous of what she was going to say, she kept saying she hopes it won't negatively affect our relationship. She then told me that she thinks she's bisexual. Honestly, I felt a little relieved. I was preparing for the worst with all the suspense. (For a moment I thought she was going to say she killed someone, that's how freaked out she was) I believe that homosexual acts are sinful, and so does she, which is why she's really troubled. She asked for my perspective so I told her what I thought. First I said that I was honoured she trusted me enough to tell me this, and I can understand why this is troubling her so much. I then went on to say that we can't control who we are attracted to. Our subconscious can be influenced by MANY things and we can't just decide to feel a certain way on command. The only thing we can control is how we act on these feelings. I told her I still care about her and if she ever needs to talk about it, I'm available. She said that she was slightly relieved, but she was still scared because she couldn't tell her family. "Jane" is from a VERY conservative household. She said that she felt like she was hiding a piece of herself from those she loves. I said that I think people nowadays make sexual orientation too big of a deal. It's just one aspect of your self conscious that doesn't control who or what you are in God's eyes. She can still live the way God wants her to. She then seemed a little more content with the situation, and we moved to another subject. Now, where you guys come in. "Jane" is still pretty nervous, and I've never been in this situation before. I really stink at social interactions as I'm quite an introvert except with my 3 close friends. Did I say the right thing? Should I say more? Should she tell her family? Should I encourage her not to tell her family? I love "Jane" and want to help her do what's best, but I don't know how to do it..... Any advice?

    Jazzy's official Songbook

Hi! So on another website I started a SONGBOOK, aka posting the lyrics to my songs in a thread so people can read them! I am going to do the same thing here, and you all can read and give comments and critique if you please. Please only constructive criticism, it does not help to say "it sucks" and not tell me why. Thanks!
  18. Ok, so there's this girl that I've known since 2005 and I haven't talked to her since 2009. Me and her were very very close and we were almost inseparable. Recently I've been tryin to talk to her again, but every time I'm almost there, my legs lock up. I think I like her too. What do I do?
  19. * Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. * John 14:6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". Non-Christian people who love, serve, donate, care for various communities and sacrifice their life for the benefit of others in a good cause has no right of entering the kingdom of God. Good Men, Women, and children living a humble life in isolated parts of the world, in result not knowing Christ's existence will suffer eternal torment wondering what have they done wrong. More than half of the people in the world regardless of their actions are cursed unless they know, worship and submit to God's will through his son Jesus Christ. Why is salvation based through faith alone? If God's absolute love is unconditional, why won't he extend his salvation to those people who respect others and did good in this world but was cursed because they were born in a different way of life? I thank Jesus for providing an expensive and precious ticket to heaven which we all got for free but a huge price for others as they have to sacrifice their loving family, friends and culture which is something they would have lived for. Someone who loved you unconditionally with all their heart, fed you when you're hungry, took care of you when you're sick and raise you to become a good respecting person, supported you in your very hard times and was very proud of you no matter what. Sadly, they can't give up their way of living as it is already part of their lives up to their old age and you have to leave them as they can't join you yet still supportive on your decision on how you want to live your life spiritually. Soon after they passed away and you reflecting the love they given to you but at the back of your mind "Father God have mercy on their souls" I apologize for speaking out such an unpopular opinion. I have no intentions of insulting the Christian people but I'm here seeking answers, opinions, and insights on how you see and interpret the word of God based of the topic given. I also apologized for my lack of knowledge on the matter if I got it wrong and I'm open minded and I will accept my mistakes. I do request if you want reply, please quote through scriptures/ bible verses along the way so I could note them down for reference.

    Love

What is your definition of love? So often in this world love is thrown around and used to softly, but what is the true definition of love in your eyes? Just curious to see what others feel. I've really been studying this through my walk and what the true meaning of love is! Thanks!

    God's Love

Recently, I've been thinking about God's love for us, and love/compassion in general. I mean, if you look at any other belief or religion or anything... nothing is close to God's love for humanity. (John 3:16) Jesus DIED for us, so that we could have everlasting life. He was crucified upon the cross, because He loved us so much. And through that love and commitment to us, we can begin to understand what love really is. Not only that, but He wants us to show that love and compassion to everyone, so that they can see His love for them through us. (John 13:34-35) So then, we come to the issue of what happens when things aren't going well. I know that we have bad days; I've experienced many of my own. But if you give that trial or tribulation or whatever it is you're dealing with to the Lord, He will help you through it and give you the strength to get past it. So then, when you've experience that love and help from Him, you gain patience and hope. (Romans 5:2-5) And when you have these experiences, do you ever go to someone else, maybe someone who is struggling with what you dealt with, and share your experience with them? In sharing your walk, and really connecting with that person, you're giving them a part of you. This trusting, loving, compassionate action is what brings us together as Christians in many cases. That interaction is literally called by Christ, in the Great Commission. He calls us as to make disciples. (Matthew 28:16-20) Making disciples is important, especially in the Church. Just like the story of Paul and Timothy, whom he discipled from a young age. This lengthened discipleship gave Timothy the tools and knowledge he needed for many situations, and since Paul was the one discipling him, Timothy became great in his faith and began making his own disciples. And that's what happens when we disciple others: They are strengthened and lifted up, so that they can get through their own trials and tribulations. Then, they share that story with another person, discipling them. So the result of discipleship is multiplication. That show of faith, that connection with the person you discipled is passed along, giving many people the tools they need to get through these situations. And that's just one example of how God's love works through us. So there are also, and I've experienced this heavily, earthly needs for love. We become lonely and need connection, and that desire and need can be twisted in many ways by the devil. I'm not saying that earthly love is bad- God made us able to love and wants us to love each other. He instituted marriage and other things for us to be able to fulfill those desires and needs for earthly love and attention. But in many cases, especially if we don't know Jesus or are not strong in our faith, we as people who are looking for Love begin to look in other places. So when that happens, we take our desire for love and attention from God, and begin to desperately cling to earthly affections. So, instead of turning away and going down the fleshly, carnal path of need, we should turn our attentions to God and open ourselves to Him. For only Jesus can truly and completely Love us: anything on this earth is temporary, at least for now, even love. But God is eternal, and He can and will love us unconditionally even when everyone else may not. So when you feel like no one loves you, or when you have that need to be loved or love someone... look to God, because he can fulfill your needs beyond anything that this world can give. Matthew 22:36-40 Romans 5:2-5, 5:8 Galatians 2:20 Ephesians 2:4-5 1 John 3:1, 4:7-11 Zephaniah 3:17 Psalm 86:15 Proverbs 8:17 Colossians 2:6-7 Hebrews 11

    Why so permiscuous?

Well, lately I've been feeling very alone on this issue. I am not a judgmental person and I understand that everyone makes bad decisions. The thing I want to bring up is promiscuity. My best friend (who has quickly changed due to peer pressure) feels the need to tell me of her sexual exploits and meaningless encounters. She justifies and and seems to think that it makes her cool. I guess in today's society it is? But truthfully most of the girls I know who are sexually active are in monogamous relationships first. I don't think our friendship will last much longer because we are now so different. (I believe in love and fidelity) but I am saddened to hear her shrug it off, like it doesn't matter. What do you think? Does it still matter to at least one girl out there like it matters to me? Thoughts and opinions please!

    Volunteering!

Any of you guys out there just love volunteering? What's been your favorite volunteer job?? My favorite is either working with the elementary kids that I tutor or I once was a greeter/treat giver at a big walk for the local humane society. I met so many adorable dogs! it was like a dream come true
  24. Since I'm in such a loving mood today, I thought I'd give this a shot. Let's hope there isn't another one of these around CTF somewhere. Hahaha! The world needs more love. More hugs. More "I love you"s. More "I care for you"s. More "I'm praying for you"s. Just overall more loving people in this world are desperately needed. And people who MEAN what they say. Not just a dry "I love you", and then the person gets talked about behind their back basically getting stoned emotionally. Jesus was stoned. Yet he still cared about the people that stoned Him. I find that simply amazing. That one can love that much... As it is now, if something doesn't change... The world is going to be a very sad place to live in... I know none of you want that. So, without further adieu, I'll begin. I love you. <3
