    Comfortable going to heaven?

Here is a question I want you to think about and answer for me: Would you feel comfortable living in heaven knowing billions if no trillions of people will be burning in hell?
  2. Hey all, My name is Reed and I'm 17. I've been a devout Christian my whole life, and when I was little (probably around 6 or so) I went through a short phase of being scared of the idea of eternity in Heaven. Recently, this thought has resurfaced in my mind and I'm really seeking some advice. I think it's weird saying something like "I'm scared of eternity in Heaven" because hey, it's Heaven, why should I be scared? But something about the fact that it will go on without end frightens me. Everything ends, classes at school, days, years, and our physical life. It probably has to do with the fact that our brains can't fully comprehend the true gist of eternity, but it really scares me sometimes. Just something going on without end... Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
  3. While reading a novella, "Ancient of Days: End of Perfection," about the fall of the Watchers or angels before the flood, I became interested in the famous quote of Jesus: “I see Satan already fallen like lightning from heaven...” The question that remains now is when did this occur? Before the creation of man, immediately before the flood or way after?

    Rewards in Heaven

Rewards in Heaven Do you believe that all Christians will be treated equally in the Kingdom of God, or that the more devout believers will receive “more,” or higher positions, based on what they accomplished on Earth? This is question is based on the following passages: That passage appears to teach that everyone is treated the same, but would need to be read in conjunction with other passages. “Blessed are you when men cast insults at you, and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, on account of Me. Rejoice, and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” Christians who are persecuted will receive more rewards? But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal…” Everyone was given one minas, the servant who made 10 more was granted control over 10 cities, and the one who made 5 was granted control over only 5 cities. In contrast, in the other parable of the talents, the two productive servants were treated equally as they produced equally in proportion to what they had been given. **** Based on the above passages, I’m inclined to think that the Matthew 20:1-5 parable refers to the time involved and the other passages refer to the quality or level of work involved. Or it refers to people who are Christians for most of their life, and then those who convert later in life, but still perform the same amount of work for the Gospel or the same quality of work but over a different timespan.
  5. Alright, so... Every night before I go to sleep, I like to chat with God about my day/thank Him for what He's done for me. What I wanna know is... Is what I am doing actually PRAYING and not talking? I have heard that when you pray, you talk to God... So I am just a tad confused. ^_^u What's the difference?
