sierra-smith Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 God gave me this idea for myself and thought I would share it with you guys:) Everyday for the next 30 days write a letter to God. It can be about anything, a prayer request, a thank you, or a simple 'Hey, what's up?' Once you write the letter seal it in an envelope, date it and put in a safe place. Personally, I thought it would be sort of cool (though you might think it nerdy) to make a 'Letters To God' box. My 'Letters To God' box is simply an old shoe box I had in my closet and I wrote 'Letters To God' on it. At the end of the 30 days you have the option to read letters from day 1 or continue writing. The purpose of this challenge is to make conversating with God something common in our daily lives and to see how God has answered our prayers. I tend to be a very hands-on learner and so doing something like this would be a great way for me to get some more intimate time with God.
