I don't know if anyone can help me here but here it goes..

I lost my birth certificate and social security card... Soo.. In order to get my birth certificate I need an ID card.. In order to get an ID card I have to have a birth certificate.. It's stupid.. my state is the worst state for this -.-... So anyway if anyone has any suggestions on what to do it would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks
