Before I begin, my heart goes out to you. I'm sorry for what has happened, and I wish I could understand what you're going through. Unfortunately, I cannot relate in the slightest bit. I was never a victim to any form of abuse, nor do I suffer from PTSD. So this is not an area I'm familiar with ,and I certainly don't want to claim to be an expert on the matter either.

What I can do is offer you suggested articles to read that might be of some help to you:

http://www.familylife.com/articles/topics/life-issues/challenges/mental-and-emotional-issues/rape-recovery

http://www.ccef.org/recovering-child-abuse-help-and-healing-victims-part-1

http://www.focusonthefamily.com/lifechallenges/abuse-and-addiction/understanding-emotional-abuse/healing-the-wounds-of-emotional-abuse

However, I suggest you'd personally meet with a professional counselor(perhaps Christian) who can assist you in your healing. Maybe even find a group that you can join that consists of members who have been abused or also have PTSD. I think you might find more success in that than you would in reading an article. Likewise, seek God and pray that He will bring the right people into your life that can be a support during this healing journey. Also, ask Him to lead you, guide you, and strengthen you through everything. You can never go wrong with handing your problems over to God. :)

"Cast all your cares on the God; for He cares about you." - 1 Peter 5:7

I will pray for you. <3

ahh thank you for your reply i will try these things. i agree, reading an article will not help me, but talking to others will. there's even a section on my favorite message board for self harm recoverers about spirituality, and i will ask them to pray for me :)
