Why am I still  heating around that DOnald trumps hate hispanic people? i been hearing it around and don´t know if it is true or not. Is it?

There are a large number of people in the United States who have strong implicit biases about all Hispanic people--that they are criminal and to be feared. When Donald Trump talks about how Mexico is sending us its rapists and criminals, he is subtextually engaging with those racist fears, even if he does not explicitly say that *all* Hispanic people are dangerous. His solidarity with racists gets communicated while he gets to fly under the cover of "talking straight about immigration."

That's the point. By saying what he says, Trump simultaneously allows for a point like that--"obviously not all Mexicans are criminals, but a lot of the ones who come here illegally end up in crime"--while appealing to racists who hear his point as "Mexicans are criminals and are flooding our country with their inferiority." He is using his language to play both sides, a racist one and a not-specifically-racist one.

everybody does crime. not just hispanic people. but oh well... if he wants to build a wall around mexico then he can do it. that wall can stop illegal immigrants who does crimes to come to the U.S

Not at all. Racists are, by and large, mistaken in their beliefs. Although, to be fair,

often comes without being chosen and won't leave even if you want to change. Edited by Chris-M
