To me, swimming is a confusing activity.

Sometimes im doing it for fun, where as other times im doing it to not die.

in any case

Paintball is much safer than swimming. People actually die from swimming (drown). You cant die from speedball. I have, on the other hand, read an article about a guy playing woods ball. He was dumb and went up into a tree, fell out of it, landed on his barrel, and died.

so whats the lesson? Dont climb trees with a weopon.

People who swim as a sport don't drown.

Sounds like a plan....I won't climb trees with an sort of weapon.

its a fact, people can die from swimming. Even trained scuba divers can get caught in a net, and down they go. Speed ball on the other hand? I have never heard of ANYONE dying from speedball.

P.S. I like swimming and have nothing against it. :P

I realize that. THis is a witch is safer not better debate.

We are talking about swimming laps, not suba diving. THat is dangerous.

Here are the top ways to get hurt in swimming:

~Circle swimming in a clockwise direction unlike everyone else and getting nailed in the head

~ Falling of a starting block and hitting your head

~ hitting your heals on the gutte while turning

~Smacking arms with the person in the lane next to you.

How about getting hit in certain areas? Like the eye?

[/b]

You are required to wear a mask...cant get hit in the eye. The masks withstand paintballs going over 200 miles per hour.

Mm.

It depends on the season I think. At the moment, it's basketball, seeing as this would be the corresponding season and it's the only one which I am involved in at the moment. But I also like hockey, whitewater rafting (I don't know if it counts as a sport, but it's the biggest adrenaline rush you will ever get), martial arts, track, and so on.

Horseback riding is THEE best but I also love soccer and basketball (but I'm such a shorty, I suck at it). and running.

And this winter I'm going to try snowboarding! I've always wanted to do that.

Ooh, there's a lot of sports I haven't tried. Mainly the snow ones. I went horse riding not that long ago and I really enjoyed that, though.
