It depends on the category.

Favorite Prophetic/apocalyptic: Revelation
Favorite Gospel: John
Favorite Letter from Paul: Galatians or Ephesians
Favorite Historic: Genesis
Favorite Poetic: Psalms
Favorite Non-Pauline Letter: James
I pray for the enthusiasm of the Pentecostal, the love of the Methodist, and the sound mind of a Baptist. :flapper:

The book of James

If you were put on trial for being a Christian -- would there be enough evidence to convict you?

Job, it provides a lot of answers, proves the bible is true(when god talks about things that the people of that time wouldnt have known about(ocean currents for example),amd how it emphasis how great God is.
There are those who tell us they have many lords and many gods, and there are those with no lords and no gods "yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live."(1 Corinthians 8:6)do not be led astray.

I have a love affair with Romans. The depths of theology, glory, and truth on those pages are amazing and brilliant. Excellent logic, joyful truth, and practical instruction make it my favorite by far.

We finish each other's sandwiches.

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things or make them unimportant.

Philippians!
I know who goes before me
I know who stands behind
The God of angel armies is always by my side.
