A new year, a new event! Yes, this year sees the launch of a brand new event - the CTF Christmas Card Service. The idea is that members collectively compile virtual Christmas cards for each other, and each "card" will be distributed to the recipient a week or so before Christmas Day (or at a specific time if preferred).

This is how it will work. Members will be asked to PM their messages for members of their choosing to Skywatcher (that's me, by the way), anyabar1987 or noelKt5. Then, as each list of message for each member is compiled by the messages sent from individual members, these separate messages will be compiled into one "card" that the member will receive.

Alternative forms of the service will be available also, for example, if one member would like to send a personal card (with their message only) to another member. It will also be possible for members to send anonymous messages. Messages can be anything from simple Christmas greetings, to words of thanks, praise or encouragement.

There is plenty of time to get your messages sent in (absolute latest is 18th December 2007, one week before Christmas Day). However, when you are ready to send your messages, please use the following template in the PM message:

Message: (the all-important message!)

For Member: (member's name)

To Be Delivered On: (leave blank for default - one week before Christmas Day)

Anonymous Delivery: (yes or no - if yes, your member name will not be given with the message)

Personal Message: (yes or no - if yes, your message will be delivered on it's own and not compiled with messages from other members)[/b]

it was Skywatchers thanks to the bored. he laid the plan out there with me and a few others. also to come out of that brainstorming session was the CTF prayer network
