I want eighter a fall or winter wedding. I haven't thought about it much really, but if it was in the fall I want the reception to be an outdoorsy kind of affair. Less formal than most weddings, a few fire pits going (let the kids roast marshmallows haha), fall leaves everywhere, maybe a pasture in the background. If its in the winter, have lots of navy, gold, black, and white, bring in a swing band and dance the night away. <3
Honestly the fall one is more 'like me' but I love Gatspyesque 20's age stuff as well.
It would probably also depend on the personality likes/dislikes of the guy involved though. I don't want to plan too far ahead before I meet said person. XD

I honestly haven't thought too much about a wedding. I know I want to get married in the spring though - it's my favorite season with all the flowers in bloom and the warm weather.
I love the idea of an out-door wedding during that time, but I think if/when I get married it'll be in a church. Being outside, especially in the spring when the pollen starts, with my allergies....I wouldn't be able to see my own wedding through my itchy, wattery eyes.
And I definitely don't want a really big wedding. And unless the guy I end up marrying has allot of family/friends, it probably won't be. There are very few people in my family (asides from my parents and my sister/nieces/brother-in-law) that I would want to attend. Sounds kinda mean, but knowing my family as I do, I doubt they'd attend even if asked.
The only other thing I can picture for my wedding is wanting to wear a long gown.

My boyfriend and I like to laugh about how hard it will be to make our respective younger siblings take their weapons off for the wedding. His brother wears one knife at all times, and my sister wears four.Also, we play-argue about the reception music, since he likes heavy metal (Thousand Foot Krutch is his favourite) and I like Celtic stuff and musical theater. I think we finally agreed on a heavy metal version of Phantom of the Opera for our first dance.
