Okay, at request, here is a How To on polls.
1) Go into the Polls forum (here) and click New Topic, up at the top right.
2) Add title, write post, etc. (Or you can write the post after you make the poll, whatever your preference is.)
3) Click the button that says "Click here to manage this topic's poll".
4) Add poll title, then click Add Poll Question.
5) Type question, check the "Multiple choice question?" box if you like.
6) Click Add Poll Choice, then add as many options as you like.
7) Repeat steps 5 and 6 as many times as you like or are allowed.
Now here's the important bit. Don't close the poll form. Leave it open.
8) Click Post New Topic. Your poll should be there and working.
