Hey guys, I've been trying to keep fit and do home workouts, go jogging etc. But it just feels like one huge chore. I never really look forward to it, I see it as repetitious and whenever I finish it I feel a great sigh of relief. Sometimes I just give up and skip the day in which I work out. (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
So basically I'm just asking for help and encouragement. I need something to keep me going, to make me look really forward for my next workout and for something to really keep me going.
I'm not looking to lose weight, if anything I'm looking to gain weight and to perform better generally. Thanks all!
