first of all i pretty shy...kind of a loner but i have 2 good friends
i had a girlfriend but she broke up with me cuz i didnt talk much basiclly and too shy to talk to her
i go to a really small high school so everybody knows everybody yet i always feel lonely and left out like the outsider.
people have said im funny but many people dont even hear me cuz i dont talk very loud.
i dont have much luck with girls either.. but alot of people treat me with respect but no one really ever just talks to me to be my friend. So basiclly im kinda scared to go to college next year cuz i probly wont have any friends there.
Basiclly im asking if anyone can share some advice or encourage me?
good scriptures or something?

Aww, that's soo sad, but I can tell you that there are many people who have been super shy and have come out better on teh other side. Think about it this way, you can guard off people better because it's harder to get close to you. (which is good in this world that we live in) I used to be very shy, but I just asked God for deliverance and to help me be more outgoing and now I have about 1% shyness in me. So if it helps, I'm always available to talk to. I think I give pretty good advice and I really don't mind talking especially about Jesus or other life issues. So I hope this helps. I'll keep you in my prayers buddy. smile.gif tongue.gif God bless.

*P.S. Pray to God for assistance in any situation that you face, good or bad. This might helps b/c it works for me!!*

So you're going to college next year. It's time to reinvent yourself. Be louder and present yourself well. If you're too embarrassed to socialize and think people will think that you're weird, you're going to look like an even bigger weirdo if you exclude yourself. Oh and try not too seem desperate for a girlfriend. Let THEM come to YOU.
Join clubs and stuff. Don't be afraid to be outgoing in your final year, you may not see these people again and will be great practice for next year.

You sound like me. I have some friends but im not great friends with them, just really acquaintances, and I don't talk much when I sit with them. I hear them talk about like parties and stuff, things I haven't heard that go on so I too feel a bit left out, but I do have a few really good friends that I talk with most of the time.
I'm also a bit of a quiet talker, sometimes at work when someone is standing in my way and I'm behind them I say excuse me but they dont hear me, so I try to make my voice louder when I need to.

But the thing is for college, nobody knows you (unless someone you know from your current school goes to the same college as you). Over the summer, make some mental adjustments so when you get to college you can appear to be more outgoing even if you really aren't. Also find a college that fits you. Maybe kind of a small town one rather than a big city place.

What I did to help my confidence a little bit was I went on youtube and I did a self-hypnosis thing, where whenever I make the ok sign with my right hand and say power, I feel more confident. I find it useful whenever I remember to do it. I think it helps me not only by what was in the video, but because I expect it to work too, which is the law of expectation. I'll post the video if you want me to, its just a suggestion.

I'm a lot like this. What I have to keep reminding myself in new situations where I don't know anyone (like going to college) that while it seems like no one wants to talk to me, its actually that most people feel just as awkward as I do when they don't know anyone, so you might as well say hi to them. And you know they'll appreciate it, because you would. smile.gif So when I feel awkward now, I try to pick out they shyest person in the room (excluding myself smile.gif) and go say hi.
