  2. It depends, If they're too good to be your friends, why not. But if you think these people are not worthy of true friendship, don't bother. Now with the technology, internet and everything you can be in contact with them after the cruise. But you have to ask yourself, if they're that good.
  3. If I was in your place, I would definitely tell honestly all to my grandma and let her handle the situation.
  4. Just believe that difficult times don't remain forever and good times will soon come. Believe in God and yourself and always try to face difficulties with hope and positivity. Hard times should make you stronger not weaker. Hopefully, you'll get over it soon.
  5. I don't think there's anything wrong with the friendship of a non-believers. If we start to avoid all the people because they've different faith , how we can spread our true message to them.

  8. Sure we'll pray, but I believe If you pray yourself, you'll get well sooner. Believe me, God listens to every prayer and answers to it, just prayer with total belief in Him. Pray everyday and you'll see the results with your own eyes.

As I've posted in the other thread, healthy eating, avoiding unhealthy, processed food, exercise is a must both aerobic and strength training and the most of all determination and believe in yourself. Exercising and eating healthy can be boring in the beginning and you can feel your resolution slipping. So if you've a fitness or exercise buddy, it will keep you motivated and right on track.
  10. I lost my weight by eating healthy not by cutting food. I changed my unhealthy lifestyle. Started eating healthy foods like leafy greens, whole grains, fruits, beans, lean meat, fish etc. and avoided processed and junk food. Started exercising, running and weight training. Now I'm much healthier, slimmer, fitter and happier than before by the grace of God.
