    Wow has it been awhile

Old guy coming back, it's been awhile. Some of you may remember me, if not, names TJ! Wanted to swing back by a place I called home for many years. Later I'll make a more detailed post to what has been going on in my life recently.

    Salvation prayers.

Just had an idea based from my Urgent prayers thread. Why don't we have a thread that is completely based on praying for the lost (by name), think about it 10.... people praying for people they may not have met but still love.

    The Crow King

The Crow King Recorded here is the account of the Crow King rise to power, and ultimately the rebels who arose to fight him. In the 30th year of His Royal Majesty Minkah the Just: Malphas Azezel was a minor noble, with some skill in the sword, who was as close to the crown as rain is close to a drought. He was an evil and manipulative human being, though I stretch my imagination to call him that, from his teenage years but I honestly doubt that anyone could have predicted the countless atrocities that he would commit in his quest for power, that quest would lead him to wage a war against our beloved kingdom Aquitas, and would ultimately lead him to stand over the dead bodies of His Royal Majesty Minkah the Just, and the royal family. But alas I have gotten ahead of myself, how could Malphas rise in power without followers and how could he wage war if he didn’t have means, and how could he get into the position to kill the whole royal family. I could record all of Malphas’ life from birth but to save time, ink, and parchment I will begin with what I believe was the beginnings of his scheme to become who history now knows as the Crow King: It was at the 20th Birthday of Rivaiz the youngest son to His royal Majesty Minkah, a joyous occasion by any means, but that celebration sealed the fate of the Yalown Royal Blood line. As is the practice at such gatherings there was a tournament held in the Prince Rivaiz honor, where each and every noble was able to submit his own champion, the winner becoming the second to the Prince and his noble would be given a higher position than he already held. (His Royal Majesty was surely a doting father, but it would be his undoing) Champions were chosen from the cream of the crop, top of the line military, mercenaries from deep within the mountains, to drunken brutes found in a Tavern. All the champions gathered that day in the prep room. Some dressed in gifts from their noble sponsors, others dressed in simple farmers’ garb. But no one was as well armed as the champion of house Azezel. He wore a black leather out fit with a breast plate and greaves. And his long black hair made him look like a crow is what many of those men say, how appropriate. To say Malphas played fair in this tournament would be a horrendous lie and insult to those who fought to dethrone him. He had small stones hidden in his gloves, a secret poison coated his sword that would knock a person out if it just came in touch with their skin, and many other secrets that we don’t know of. But when you have money as he did, the gamemasters can be bought. And buy them he did. Now did he win every one of his fight by cheating in the ring? No. Some he bribed, many mercenaries didn’t show up for their fight and many farmers showed up too drunk to lift a penny. We would find out later that he had made a deal with the mercenaries to stay loyal to him when the War of the Family began. The farmers, he just bought them a lot of alcohol. It is quite obvious that Malphas won. Malphas was a noble and a champion so he was given a choice the elevation of seat or become the champion. I shouldn’t have to tell you that it came to many a shock when instead of advancing his own status he chose to become the Champion of the Prince Rivaiz. Many praised Malphas for his astounding humility and to the people who knew him most he was praised for finally thinking of someone other than himself. No one, not even the king’s impressive spy network every suspected anything. How I wish they had….. They say Yazat the enemy of our God, Elhanan, seems to be a beautiful bright light at times. Malphas made us believe that this is possible. The outside actions only follow what the heart wants. Malphas and Rivaiz quickly bonded as friends. Malphas being just 25 years old to Rivaiz 20 years, Rivaiz quickly began to see Malphas as a role model. He believed every lie that monster ever told him. Soon the innocent and quick witted Rivaiz became dark and secluded from all but Malphas. I can’t tell you what Malphas said or how he poisoned his heart so much, for no one was ever allowed to be near them. We do know one lie Rivaiz was told, that his father didn’t love him or care. And that such an uncaring man, who only cared for his eldest, should not be allowed to stay on the throne. How this lie was told, I have no clue but…. Less than a year after Rivaiz’ 20th birthday Malphas had completely turned him against his family. And those mercenaries, they became their army and many of the criminals of Aquitas joined them in hope of a new, much darker kingdom to emerge when they won. The war raged for six long, bloody years, during that time Rivaiz made Malphas his heir, officially signed with his own blood. Near the end of the conflict Malphas advised Rivaiz to call for a summit with his family, expressing forgiveness and repent for his sins. It was a ploy, get in close and wipe out his family, become a king, and bring an end to this senseless conflict and the selfish family that Rivaiz once called his. But Malphas had darker intentions from the beginning. He had his mercenaries, now known as the Crows, assassinate any of Rivaiz’ nieces or nephews. He didn’t care whether they were grown or a babe. They were all slaughtered, not all quickly…the Crows were never known for mercy or their restraint…… We know now that Malphas and a select few of his Crows killed every single one of the Royals during that Summit. The story he told of how Rivaiz commanded his men to kill the family was all a lie. He was not a bystander. And by all Royals, I mean even Rivaiz….led astray by the spawn of Yazat himself only to be killed. Malphas was the only heir left. And by our laws, it is heirs that take precedent, not blood. For there was many more royal blooded persons, but Malphas was the closest to the throne after Rivaiz. He imprisoned all who stayed loyal to the royal family. He took the throne, sealed in blood by those he claimed to love. But our God , Elhanan, had a plan. Out of the slain blood of the Royal Family arose a prophet, a man who for most of his life was a coward. He would lay down his life for his first act of courage…but it would bring about the Light. Please, read carefully the story I have attached, for in it is the truth of Darkness’ rise and it’s defeat. Sincerely, Anonymous. Check out the OT thread for Character bio's and brief description. PM Zabby or I for any questions.

    The Crow King

Malphas Malphas cursed the god who created the devil who shot him, and cursed him a thousand times more for the expertly laid trap that he had just walked into. He was going to have fun with whoever did this, that archer would not suffer death but learn what true suffering was in this life. Zai eventually came back with the archer that had dare shoot at him, and he scoffed at her peasantly looks."You are the one who dared to fire at me? The king?!" He barks raving mad, he jumps from his horse and picks the girl up by her shoulders, restraining himself from strangling her right in that moment, though his vision was going red as he looked at her.

What are your views on the legality of same-sex marriage?

I actually believe it should be legalized. But with protection to pastors and such that disagree.
