ComedyMusicHistory
Since the last time I posted in this thread, which was more than a year ago, I've in my personal reading only read a few books short books and one long book. Nancy Drew: The Clue in The Broken Locket by Carolyne Keene Nancy Drew: The Clue in The Diary by Carolyne Keene Nancy Drew: Message in The Hollow Oak by Carolyne Keene 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea by Jules Verne Nancy Drew: The Moonstone Castle Mystery by Carolyne Keene Nancy Drew: The Mysterious Mannequin by Carolyne Keene When it comes to audio books I've only listened to the following in the last year. JKAY
Lair of dreams by libba bray. First book was excellent, I even liked the somewhat anticlimactic ending.
Shasta Daisy
The Jungle by Clive Cussler. So far it's pretty good, although I think he stretched things a little far in the beginning when he had the people of 1200 AD China shooting rayguns with lasers... just my opinion, though. Nicene Nerd
I just read The High House by James Stoddard, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It's book one of The Evenmere Chronicles. I really do enjoy a good fantasy, something I too often forget when reading theology books.
Telesphore
I'm listening to the interesting but at times rather dry American Judaism: a History by Johnathan Sarna, balanced out by the fun urban fantasy novel Summer Knight by Jim Butcher and the warm and personable The Rebbe by Joseph Telushkin. Buoyancy
Just finished the Hunger Games series. The author really does like to knock Katniss out and then bring her back in hospitals for dramatic effect. Every ten chapters or so. Kind of ridiculous.
